The best thing about this place is the host. So attentive. The people that she's curated for the experience were all top-shelf. We used her chef, her driver(s), and her massage therapists. Every time we thought of doing something, she already had the answer! The house was great, the location was good, and it was as advertised. We highly recommend Meso Maya II

I have rented more than 30 VRBO homes in the last ten years for business travel and this property is easily in the top 5%. It has an excellent, well-appointed kitchen which is REALLY important if you actually want to cook anything. The pool is awesome, the place is wonderful and spacious. The AC works great. The beds are comfortable. It's in a quiet part of town but not far from downtown either. But the best things about the house are the hosts. They were quick to answer any questions we had and super accommodating. At one point, we left our car headlights on by accident and killed the battery. I texted to ask if they had a set of jumper cables we could borrow, and they sent their maintenance guy Lucas over within 15 minutes to jump the car. And Lucas is a guy who gets things done! That was above and beyond. I can give this incredible house and its wonderful owners two thumbs way up!!! You can't go wrong.

We had an great stay in Tulum. From the moment we booked, Lupita was extremely communicative and helpful, making the entire process seamless. She also connected us with some amazing local contacts who really elevated our trip.Doris and Sergio handled our transportation and made getting around easy and stress-free. Doris also took us on a cenote tour, which was such a fun and memorable experience.The in-home services were outstanding. Marcelo prepared a delicious breakfast and an amazing taco dinner that everyone loved. We were also able to arrange for massage therapists to come directly to the house, which made for a perfect, relaxing day. And Josue, the bartender, crafted some seriously great drinks that kept the good vibes going.The location had a great coffee shop and taco spot just a short 15-minute walk away.

We stayed for five nights with family and friends with five kids. Very nice home with everything you need. Host is very welcoming and always available to assist. We did rent a car and it was very handy to get around the town and to the store for groceries. The roads to the house are messy, but once you figure out which ones to take it gets easier. Overall great home and close to the center. There are plenty of great restaurants within 5-7 minutes from the house as well. Every place we went to, we really enjoyed. House has everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.

Our stay was incredible. We were here for my bachelorette party in August. Lupita was so responsive and helpful! Lupita really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! She helped us coordinate groceries, drivers, decorations etc. The place itself was perfect for us (9 girls). I highly recommend bringing extra bug spray - we got tore up but nothing they could have done about it. Overall we truly loved staying here and would 100% come back!

The property was beautiful with a great location, close to the beach and shopping in Tulum. David and Lupita were very helpful with recommendations for grocery shopping, food delivery, and beach clubs. Lupita did research in real time to give me up to date pricing on beach clubs and her advice was spot on. we would definitely recommend staying at this location if you are fortunate enough to get availability. Lupita knows the area very well and is extremely helpful especially for first timers in Tulum.
