We had a wonderful stay at Lupita's place! She's an excellent communicator, and we loved being in walking distance of some very great restaurants. One tip: ask for the exact GPS coordinates before driving to the Airbnb so that you can locate it easily!

Very comfy beds. La Veleta neighborhood is adorable with tons of different dining options. Felt very safe in gated complex. Fast internet. Lots of great supplies provided to get started during our stay. Spent an afternoon at the Cenote Corazón del Paraíso which is wonderful and great for families. The Tulum ruins were amazing

Our stay was incredible. We were here for my bachelorette party in August. Lupita was so responsive and helpful! Lupita really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! She helped us coordinate groceries, drivers, decorations etc. The place itself was perfect for us (9 girls). I highly recommend bringing extra bug spray - we got tore up but nothing they could have done about it. Overall we truly loved staying here and would 100% come back!

David's place is a wonderful location. I'm glad I chose his place. It is reasonably priced and private. They even have a out door jacuzzi. They have a private balcony upstairs. It has furniture plus a hammock. Everything is with 5 to 7 min on a drive. You can walk right down the street to get fresh coconut water and other fresh organic juices. If you take the time to simply walk on the streets you will find all kinds of cool trinkets and shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful first time in Mexico at David’s place. We had 6 people staying in the home and never felt crammed. The home is immaculate and looks exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and provided us with local food recommendations and offered transportation services if desired. The home is a few minute walk to some great restaurants (La Taquería was one of our favorites!) and other taco stands and bars. It’s about a 20 minute drive to get to the closest beach but taxis were relatively easy to catch. Another perk: They provided plenty of filtered water! Overall we had an amazing time at David’s place and would recommend to anyone visiting Tulum!
